Our suite of services includes the full bouquet of the law of family and persons. We undertake mandates in both unopposed and opposed divorce cases and are well able to see a matter through from time of the effective breakdown of a marriage through to the granting of the final order of divorce.

We always aim to strike a settlement, based upon the governing matrimonial regime, with a detailed knowledge of the Matrimonial Property Act and all jurisprudence reported thereon. We are always careful to ensure the protection of minor children in vulnerable circumstances, as our very first port of call.

We are well able to bring about the implementation of antenuptial contracts, or any terms and conditions imposed therein, as well as the accrual regime, if applicable.
